Do you have retail store locations?

No, we are an online-first boutique based out of Austin, Texas! Because we operate digitally, we're able to ship our curated vintage finds and upcycled goods directly to your doorstep across the US, keeping our focus entirely on bringing you the best sustainable style.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

We don't offer traditional wholesale, but you're more than welcome to bundle multiple items in your cart. Have something specific in mind? Contact us about a bundle and we'll be happy to help. Shipping rates and available services depend on the items in your order and your delivery address.

How can I contact customer service?

Do you have active discount codes or promotions?

We don't have any active codes right now, but that's where the fun begins! Special discounts and promos drop first in our newsletter and on our Instagram. When will my order ship, and do you offer express shipping?

All packages ship within 1–5 business days from Austin, Texas. This is our processing time before dispatch, not the delivery time. Available shipping services, including express options where available, depend on your items and delivery address. You can review available services and prices at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available for eligible destinations and products. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping services and rates.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free economy shipping is available on eligible US orders of $80 or more. Some products have separate shipping rates, so this offer does not apply to every order. Your final shipping cost is shown at checkout.

What is your return or exchange policy?

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer free return shipping on accepted returns and do not charge a restocking fee. Contact info@thebeagleandthebasset.com before sending anything back; we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions once your return is accepted. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. How do you describe the condition of your vintage items?

Every piece is hand-inspected and rated. We note any major flaws, signs of wear, or unique character in the product description so you know exactly what to expect. Keep in mind that light vintage wear is part of the charm of true secondhand finds!

Where do you source your items?

We focus heavily on community circularity and giving back! We partner with local groups and organizations to help route unused items where they're needed most, while rescuing unique vintage and secondhand pieces for lovers of sustainable style.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Do you clean items before shipping?

All items are stored and handled with care in a clean environment. Non-clothing objects are sanitized and wiped down whenever it is safe to do so for the product. Because vintage and secondhand apparel varies, we recommend laundering or dry-cleaning clothing pieces according to their fabric care tags once they arrive.
