New with tags, perfect condition. The tag is a little bent from moving and the plastic attachment I had to reattach, but never worn! Not my size. Keyhole in the back w/ tie at neck, elastic waist, and sheer sleeves only. Cute little embroidered spots all over for some texture. Much more flattering on than in the pictures :)
