Vintage Jane Singer Little Black Wrap Dress

Gorgeous flutter sleeve wrap dress in a crepe like fabric. Has a little stretch to it, otherwise fits true to size. 1970's if I had to guess.
Deep V-neck with sash tying at waist.
Dry clean only, no steaming.
