Vibrant Handmade Blue Patterned Mini Skirt XS/00

Handmade with no tags- fits small/petite frames. Fabric seems to be of great quality and has very little give although it's an extremely comfy skirt! Only worn once or twice, I'm too curvy for this fit! No tears or damage.
